I Am Building My Own Bike, Help Me?

i want to make a urban attack bike, its slightly smaller then a mountain bike, and bigger then a bmx bike.
i was just wondering what a good website to buy bike frames, pedals, chains, all that good stuff.

Well, I’m at work right now, but I can help tomorrow. Do you live near me?

Let a custom bike builder do it for you.
I would suggest a Cove frame with an 8mm chainwheel and chain using custom hubs on a 36 spoke wheel that is extra wide.
I would charge you 400 dollars to do this.[just build what you purchased]
The frame and parts would cost a grand at least.
Buying on line to build a custom bike is a bad idea.
I’m sorry that I cannot help you more.
I was hoping that my advice might make you do more research and rethink your thoughts.

i would not reccomend builing one but instead buying one
i would reccomend if you want a multi speed and front and rear brakeshttp://www.cannondale.com/bikes/09/cusa/…
i would reccomend this if you want a rear hydralic brake, no front brake, gears, and a great forkhttp://www.cannondale.com/bikes/09/cusa/…
and this one if you want a single speed, back brake only and a great forkhttp://www.cannondale.com/bikes/09/cusa/…

If you have to ask us here for directions … you can not build your own bike.
Head to your local bike shop and buy a bike. Learn how to do basic repairs from there. Maybe you’ll be able to build your next bike.

http://pricepoint.com is a good place to start. Building your own bike is rewarding but it will cost you about triple of what a similar ready-made model will cost you.
