I Can Feel The Contact Between Chain And Sprocket As Vibrations In The Pedals.?
Hi, I just super cleaned the chain on my mountain bike and now I can feel the chain coming into contact with the sprockets through the pedals as vibrations. Is that normal? There's no chain stretch or anything wrong with my rear derailer. Any thoughts?

It’s normal for a chain to “feel” and sound rough if it’s really clean and doesn’t have any (or enough) lube on it yet.

If it doesn’t go away, then you have some issues with derailleur adjustment or chainline….or perhaps even bent rings/teeth, tweaked derailleur hanger, or a twisted chain/damaged links.
Hope this helps a little….if you can narrow it down, post back and we’ll try to help better.
well there could be a number of things wrong, it could be that either the sprocket or the chain is bent or that the sprockrt is put on wrong. hope it helps
