Oryx Mountain Bike, Return Issue, What Do I Do?

Okay About 4 days ago I bought a bike from Wal-mart for 139.99 it was on some kind of seasonal sale.
When I first got it, I was riding it, and my pedal fell right off not the pedal it self the whole arm to. Wtf right.
I Found out what the problem was, the stupid staff at wal-mart did not tighten the nut on right. So I get home bring out my trusty old ratchet and tighten that ting right up. Now the next day, I get on the bike, it works fine and about half a hour later the same thing, the pedal fell off again. OMG WTF.
So I went back to wal-mart explained what happened and they said, sorry I cant not exchange/Refund this because it was on a seasonal Sale. They said they could send it to a repair shop and it would take about 3 weeks to fix. I told them I would not wait that long to get it fixed, I spent a good hour trying to prove my point why I should get a exchange or a refund. They finally agreed on a exchange and gave me the same bike.
So I get on the bike and riding on my way home the F**KING PEDAL FALLS OFF, IM LIKE WTF THIS IS A NEW BIKE. So I thought that maybe the staff did not tighten the nut. So I get home tighten the nut and go for a ride what do you know, the pedal falls off again. I went to return it again, but with no luck.
I feel like I am getting ripped off. Would I be able to get a refund off the manufacturers?.
and when I say the pedal fell off I am not talking about the thing you put your foot on, I am talking about the big arm connecting to the bike to the pedal.
Here is a link to the bike I bought.http://walmart.ca/wps-portal/storelocato…

I wouldn’t say you got ripped off – 150 bucks will simply not get you a good bike – heck, it won’t get you a decent fork. Not to mention, for this kind of money you do NOT want full suspension – any full suspension bike that is more than a child’s plaything will cost at least $1000. For the money you want to spend, you want a hard-tail, and frankly, I would go with rigid forks too, not shocks. For the same price, if money isn’t wasted on parts like this that won’t work properly anyway, it will go to better quality in the rest of the bike.
Plus shopping at walmart is the worst thing you can do, especially for a bike.
You should certainly try to contact the manufacturer and put in a complaint, they may do something if you put up a fuss. I don’t know what’s going on – it may be as simple as a small part, or a new crankset. Regardless, next time go to a real bike shop, (you’ll need to spend a bit more), and you’ll get proper support.

that’s a warranty issue to take up with walmart and oryx. get your $$ back or exchange for store credit and go to a real bike shop and buy a bike. or wait the weeks for the repair to be done.
